621 filter cloth is a high-precision synthetic fiber filter medium, which is widely used in the solid-liquid separation process of the filter press industry. 

It adopts a high-strength polyester or polypropylene monofilament weaving structure, has uniform pore size, strong anti-clogging and chemical corrosion resistance, and can maintain stable permeability under 0.3-0.6MPa high-pressure environment. 

In the fields of mineral refining, chemical wastewater treatment and food processing, this filter cloth can effectively intercept fine particles while ensuring high flux with its precision pores of 25-50μm, and the moisture content of the filter cake after filtration can be reduced to 18%-25%. 

Its surface smoothing treatment technology significantly improves the cake unloading efficiency, and the temperature resistance range is -20℃ to 130℃. 

With the anti-oxidation coating, it can achieve a cycle of more than 3,000 times, which is 40% longer than the life of traditional filter cloth, making it the preferred solution for the separation of highly corrosive and high-solid content materials.
